Lead AI Software Engineer
Job Summary
As a pivotal member of the team, the full-time remote Lead AI Software Engineer will design and implement AI-based product solutions, collaborating with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and enhance organizational capabilities through mentorship and technical guidance.
Key responsibilities:
- Interface with team members and stakeholders to provide context, direction, and technical guidance
- Serve as lead engineer for major initiatives, developing and implementing low-level designs
- Collaborate with leadership to shape the AI strategy and facilitate quick-turnaround solutions for urgent business needs
Required qualifications:
- Significant experience architecting and shipping production-level Agentic AI systems
- Strong server-side engineering skills in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages
- Experience with LLMs and GenAI technologies, as well as product data pipelines
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern MLOps practices
- Preferred minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
