Lead AI Systems Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Lead AI Systems Architect, the candidate will design and scale automated classification and multimodal AI pipelines, transforming unstructured social media content into structured data products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build multimodal AI pipelines integrating computer vision, speech-to-text, and large language models into automated workflows
• Implement programmatic extraction frameworks to ensure validated JSON outputs from generative models
• Guide junior developers and establish best practices while optimizing model performance and managing costs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Applied AI, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision
• Proven experience in building multimodal pipelines that integrate vision, speech, and text models
• Mastery of Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and production LLM orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and serving open-source models using high-throughput inference engines
• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures at scale
