Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end analytical and AI enablement workstream for global Commercial systems, the full-time Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI will build trusted datasets, deliver predictive AI solutions, and ensure data quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and govern customer data assets by defining source-of-truth datasets and ensuring data quality monitoring
• Prototype and evaluate generative AI use cases to enhance commercial enablement with clear guardrails and human validation
• Define and standardize KPI frameworks, translating business needs into usable data models for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing/customer analytics, including hands-on CRM/lifecycle measurement
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale, complex datasets
• Proven experience with Alteryx Designer for building and optimizing data workflows
• Strong knowledge of Orthopaedics products and procedures
• Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority
