Job Summary
Responsible for developing prioritization lists and reporting status for the Investment/Investment Services department, the full-time remote Lead Analyst, Digital Accelerator will manage project documentation standards, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly meetings with department managers to align priorities and track project status
- Develop and maintain project documentation standards while coordinating training and collaboration across teams
- Implement process enhancements and automation projects to improve efficiency within the Investment Services department
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Six or more years of experience in securities operations or accounting within the financial industry
- Software development background with advanced Excel skills
- Experience in investment administration processes
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a focus on continuous improvement
