Lead Analyst - ERP Implementation
Job Summary
To support a major ERP/business transformation initiative, the remote Lead Analyst - ERP Implementation will manage change impact analysis, stakeholder readiness, and deployment activities while collaborating with various teams over a 6-month contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the ERP transformation and deployment program by analyzing stakeholder and change impact data
- Partner with Change Management and deployment teams to document business impacts and track change mitigation actions
- Provide reporting and status updates on deployment readiness and business enablement activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of overall professional experience
- 1+ year supporting a major organizational change or transformation initiative
- Experience with Change Management principles and stakeholder analysis
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting/analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
