Lead Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the semantic data layer for an AI platform, the full-time Lead Analytics Engineer will ensure data accuracy, pipeline reliability, and platform performance while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Snowflake roles and manage the semantic views that define business metrics
- Monitor and maintain ingestion pipelines, ensuring data freshness and accuracy for the AI assistant
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper data handling and troubleshoot data defects
Required qualifications
- Direct experience managing RBAC, roles, and grants in Snowflake
- 3+ years of experience building metric layers on cloud data warehouses with deep SQL expertise
- Proven experience maintaining production pipelines and monitoring failures
- Fluency in Python for data manipulation and automation
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
