Lead Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Taking ownership of the data function, the full-time remote Lead Analytics Engineer will build and operate data pipelines, establish metric definitions, and automate reporting to support operational teams and leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize the Snowflake data warehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Drive business intelligence by managing the BI layer and creating impactful dashboards
- Partner with leadership to translate operational goals into data models and actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or analytics, with a focus on building data models and pipelines
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including architecture and performance tuning
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with integration/ETL tools
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
- Familiarity with data from ERPs and project management tools like NetSuite and Jira
