Lead Ariba Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Responsible for the administration and support of the SAP Ariba platform, the full-time remote Lead Ariba Systems Administrator will manage user access, system configurations, and process improvements while serving as a liaison between Procurement, Finance, IT, and business users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations while troubleshooting issues and coordinating with support teams
• Translate business requirements into functional documentation and develop process scenarios and test scripts for system upgrades
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and provide user training to promote system adoption and compliance with internal controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Ten years of relevant experience, including procurement and system support
• Proven SAP Ariba administration experience with knowledge of P2P, Business System Admin, and related modules
• Understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
