Job Summary
Handling complex escalated participant calls, the full-time remote Lead Associate - Financial Wellness Planning & Advisory Services will manage quality call monitoring, coach associates on wealth management conversations, and analyze data to enhance service quality and operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex escalated participant calls in partnership with Supervisory Managers
- Monitor call quality and provide coaching to associates to improve service delivery and compliance
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and develop actionable insights for leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in financial services
- FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations required
- Five years of wealth management experience
- Experience in brokerage trading and trade approval preferred
- FINRA fingerprinting required
