Lead BI Developer
Job Summary
To support decision-making across various verticals, the remote Lead BI Developer will own the reporting infrastructure, engage with stakeholders to standardize reporting, and conduct analyses that drive business insights.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and standardize existing reporting to identify discrepancies and improve data consumption
- Bridge business context and data understanding to articulate key performance levers and enhance dashboard accuracy
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams to recommend actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
- Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to build and drive adoption of reporting tools while enhancing data literacy within teams
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on connecting data insights to business outcomes
