Lead BI Developer
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Lead BI Developer will own the reporting infrastructure across various verticals, partnering closely with business teams to uncover trends and optimize performance marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Audit existing reporting and develop a roadmap for standardization across assigned verticals
- Bridge business context and data understanding by articulating key performance levers and improving dashboard standardization
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders to enhance self-service analytics
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
- Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent experience in Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business outcomes and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of reporting ownership and data literacy principles
