Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

Owning the reporting infrastructure, the full-time Lead BI Developer will partner closely with business teams to extract insights from complex data, optimize performance marketing, and drive data literacy across various verticals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize reporting across assigned verticals while engaging with stakeholders to understand their data needs
• Bridge business context with data understanding to articulate key performance levers and improve dashboard accuracy
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams to support decision-making

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent experience in Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to own reporting end-to-end, from data pipeline to dashboard delivery
