Lead BI Developer
Job Summary
Owning the reporting infrastructure for key business verticals, the full-time Lead BI Developer will engage closely with stakeholders to standardize reporting, conduct analyses, and drive data literacy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Audit existing reporting and develop a roadmap for standardization across assigned verticals
- Bridge business context and data understanding to articulate key performance levers and improve dashboard standardization
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams to enhance decision-making
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and comfort with unstructured complex data
- Advanced LookML development skills or equivalent experience in Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business performance metrics
- Strong analytical rigor and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
