Lead BI Developer
Job Summary
To support decision-making across various verticals, the full-time remote Lead BI Developer will own the reporting infrastructure, partner with business teams to uncover trends, and ensure data-driven insights are actionable and understood.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and standardize existing reporting to enhance data consumption across assigned verticals
- Bridge business context and data understanding to articulate key performance levers and improve dashboard accuracy
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders for effective self-service analytics
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, specifically in performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and ability to work with unstructured complex data
- Proficiency in advanced LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
- Strong background in reporting ownership and data literacy
- Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business performance and decision-making
