Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

To drive impactful decision-making, the full-time remote Lead BI Developer will manage the reporting infrastructure across various verticals, partnering closely with business teams to uncover trends and optimize performance marketing through advanced data analysis and dashboard standardization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and standardize reporting across assigned verticals, ensuring data accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to conduct retrospective analyses and provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain complex data models using LookML or equivalent tools to support business decision-making

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a focus on performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and ability to work with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent experience in Power BI/Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to build data literacy and reporting ownership within teams
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of connecting data insights to business outcomes
