Lead BI Developer
Job Summary
Owning the reporting infrastructure for key verticals, the full-time Lead BI Developer will manage data extraction and analysis, drive reporting standardization, and partner with business teams to uncover insights and optimize performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and standardize existing reporting to identify discrepancies and improve data consumption efficiency
- Bridge business context and data understanding to articulate key performance levers and enhance dashboard accuracy
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders to support self-service analytics
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
- Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent experience in Power BI/Tableau
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business teams and drive data literacy across organizations
