Lead BI Developer
Job Summary
To drive impactful decision-making, the full-time remote Lead BI Developer will own the reporting infrastructure across various verticals, collaborating closely with business teams to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies and develop a standardized reporting roadmap
- Bridge business context and data understanding to improve dashboard standardization and execute ad hoc requests
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders to enhance self-service analytics
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with exposure to performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
- Proficient in advanced LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
- Strong understanding of performance marketing optimization and data literacy
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business teams to drive data-informed decisions
