Lead BI Developer
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Lead BI Developer will manage the reporting infrastructure for various business verticals, collaborating closely with teams to uncover insights and optimize performance, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Audit existing reporting tools and develop a roadmap for standardizing reporting across assigned verticals
- Bridge business context with data understanding, improving dashboard standardization and executing ad hoc requests
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams to enhance self-service analytics
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
- Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools such as Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business performance metrics
- Strong business acumen with a desire to grow as an analytical partner
