Lead BI Manager
Job Summary
Owning the reporting infrastructure for key verticals, the full-time Lead BI Manager will manage data insights, standardize reporting, and optimize performance marketing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies and develop a roadmap for standardization
- Bridge business context with data understanding to articulate key performance levers and improve dashboard accuracy
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trust with business teams through education and best practices
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
- Expertise in SQL and ability to work with unstructured complex data
- Proficient in LookML development or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau
- Strong understanding of reporting ownership and data literacy
- Curiosity and depth of business knowledge to act as a trusted analytical partner
