Job Summary

As a full-time remote Lead Business Analyst, the successful candidate will lead product discovery and business analysis for complex digital products, facilitating stakeholder collaboration and ensuring clear, actionable outcomes for development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and business analysis for complex digital products and transformation initiatives
• Plan and facilitate interviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Translate business outcomes into clear epics, features, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria for development teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, product discovery, or digital product delivery
• Demonstrated experience leading analysis for complex software products or transformation programs
• Proven ability to write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for managing requirements and documentation
• Professional fluency in English with experience working in internationally distributed teams
