Job Summary

Leading product discovery and business analysis for complex digital products, the full-time Lead Business Analyst will work remotely to transform business needs into actionable product work, collaborating closely with stakeholders and autonomous squads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and business analysis for complex digital products and transformation initiatives
• Plan and facilitate interviews, workshops, and collaborative discovery sessions with stakeholders
• Translate business outcomes into clear epics, features, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of business analysis, product discovery, or digital product delivery experience
• Demonstrated experience leading analysis for complex software products or transformation programs
• Proven ability to write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for managing requirements and delivery documentation
• Professional fluency in English and experience working with internationally distributed colleagues
