Lead Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support critical healthcare initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Business Analyst - Requirement Validation will coordinate IT project workstreams, serve as a subject matter expert for clients, and oversee the transformation of requirements into actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately transformed into results
- Delegate tasks and coach project team members to enhance complex business processes and modifications
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of nine years of experience in business analysis or related roles, with three years in healthcare programs like Medicaid or Medicare
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation throughout the project lifecycle
- Strong background in implementation readiness, stakeholder coordination, and solution validation
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements
- Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and SQL
