Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support key business operations, the contract Lead Business Analyst will oversee operational readiness and delivery activities for a new insurance offering, collaborating remotely with various teams to ensure service quality and manage operational concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational readiness and delivery activities during the introduction of a new insurance offering
• Analyze operational data to identify service concerns, process failures, and risk patterns
• Coordinate the resolution of operational questions and provide immediate guidance through various communication channels

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in self-funded medical insurance operations or a comparable role
• Strong understanding of the interdependencies between customer service, claims, enrollment, and training functions
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating operational risk through data analysis and related quality practices
• Proven ability to design effective procedures and monitoring controls in a dynamic environment
• Experience in health plan administration or claims operations is strongly preferred
