Lead Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Lead Business Analyst will manage AI-driven requirements validation and governance, coordinate a business analyst team, and bridge communication between clients and technical staff in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own the governance and validation of AI-generated requirements in Gherkin format, ensuring alignment with business rules and data mappings
- Coordinate the duties of a business analyst team on IT projects while mentoring newer team members
- Collaborate with clients to develop business specifications and analyze processes to enhance technology goals
Required qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
- Experience in AI-enabled requirements engineering with a focus on validation and traceability
- Advanced knowledge of analytical software, including Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Strong understanding of programming concepts related to configuration and development
- Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
