Leading a team of analysts, the full-time salaried Lead Business Analyst will manage production support, incident resolution, and enhancement delivery for Marketing & Finance applications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Run daily stand-ups, prioritize team workload, and mentor Business and QA Analysts
- Lead triage and troubleshooting for production incidents, utilizing SQL for data analysis
- Gather requirements and document Jira stories to deliver application enhancements
Required qualifications:
- Advanced SQL skills, including query writing and troubleshooting in SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business, Systems, or Application Analyst
- Experience in leading production support and incident resolution for enterprise applications
- Strong background in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
