Job Summary
Experienced P&C Insurance Business Analysts will find a remote, full-time opportunity as a Lead Business Analyst - P&C Insurance, where they will manage requirements gathering and analysis for policy administration implementations, translating complex business needs into functional solutions for delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation for P&C policy administration implementations
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, workflows, and clear acceptance criteria
- Partner with business, product, and technical teams to define practical policy administration solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within Property & Casualty insurance
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes, including policy administration, rating, and underwriting
- Hands-on experience with policy administration platforms; Majesco experience is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting insurance software implementations or system modernization programs
- Ability to translate complex business processes into clear functional and system requirements
