Lead Business Analyst UX Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst/UX Designer with strong capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences, to provide technical support and continuity for a remote Federal Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SharePoint (PowerApps) design project efforts for a federal government agency or private sector entity
- Perform requirements gathering and documentation
- Create wireframes and visual design comps
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of business analyst experience with 3 years recent experience in leading SharePoint design projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in using Lean, Lean Six, and/or Six Sigma lifecycle
- Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Fireworks
