Job Summary
To drive customer success and maximize ROI through AI-powered Quality and Analytics solutions, the full-time Lead Business Consultant will manage consulting projects, create business cases, and build long-term relationships with clients while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting projects to enhance process improvement and ensure business readiness for optimal solution adoption
- Develop and own business cases for customers, securing stakeholder buy-in and managing senior relationships

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of consulting experience in CX strategy, contact center transformation, and analytics

- Familiarity with NICE Interaction Analytics, Nexidia, or comparable platforms is required
- Ability to create and deliver polished presentations to diverse audiences using Microsoft PowerPoint
