Job Summary
Owning the requirements and client sign-offs for a delivery team's scope, the full-time Lead Business Consultant will run discovery sessions, author PRDs, and manage UAT while utilizing AI tools to enhance documentation and client communication.
Key responsibilities
- Run discovery for the team's scope and own the requirements summary, ensuring stakeholder approval
- Author and manage the PRD, making decisions regarding scope and change requests while documenting business approvals
- Develop, test, and document Marketing Cloud solutions, including email development and data model design
Required qualifications
- 6-9 years of relevant experience, including client-facing consulting
- Experience in Salesforce delivery, owning requirements through client sign-off
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in requirements and design work
- 2+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions and working on the Marketing Cloud platform
- Experience running discovery and requirements sessions independently
