Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will leverage Medicare 5-star methodology expertise while working remotely to analyze data, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders on strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

Independently consults with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope
Leads the development of analysis approaches and reporting based on business questions and requirements
Mentors junior analysts and provides training in data analysis and presentation skills

Required qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Experience with Medicare 5-star methodology
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau
