Job Summary
To support a Tier 1 Telecommunications provider's large-scale digital transformation, the full-time Lead Enterprise Business Process Architect will serve as the technical lead, focusing on developing BPMN process models, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring quality and consistency in process architecture while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end BPMN business process models across complex enterprise transformation initiatives
- Review team BPMN deliverables for accuracy and adherence to standards
- Coach and mentor junior analysts on BPMN standards and process documentation quality
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst, Business Process Architect, or similar role within complex enterprise environments
- Expert-level experience developing BPMN process models for large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience coaching and mentoring teams on business process modeling
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex client engagements in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong consulting background with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
