Lead Business Solutions Developer
Job Summary
Driving the implementation of complex business solutions, the full-time Lead Business Solutions Developer will strategize, plan, and configure technological tools while working remotely and mentoring colleagues throughout the development process.
Key responsibilities
- Manages the implementation process by leading project teams and conducting requirements gathering while maintaining communication with stakeholders
- Performs advanced analysis using SQL and Power BI to identify and develop optimal solutions for stakeholder requests
- Collaborates with peers on development strategies, conducts code reviews, and mentors team members to enhance scalable product solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in the field or a related area
- Completion of a technical training program may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL, and intermediate experience with Power BI, DAX, and OLAP databases like Snowflake
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
