Lead Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the DMZ to HSZ PCI Migration initiative, the remote contract Lead Business Systems Analyst will manage requirements gathering, facilitate discovery sessions, and drive backlog creation for key modernization features.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering, discovery workshops, and technical design discussions
- Partner with solution architects and developers to define functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate complex technical conversations into actionable work items in Azure DevOps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, business discipline, or related field and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Completion of a technical training program with at least 6 years of related work experience may substitute for a degree
- A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities may also substitute for a degree
