Lead Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Digital Experience and Enterprise Operations, the full-time Lead Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to define features and user stories, analyze business processes, and guide initiatives from concept through delivery in a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end system analysis efforts within a cross-functional agile team
- Refine business processes and procedures into actionable technology deliverables
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to align acceptance criteria with strategic goals
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or Agile delivery supporting technology initiatives
- Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Knowledge of APIs, SQL, and digital platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in implementing digital experiences is preferred
- Experience with requirement management tools such as Jira
