Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the business design of the Lead-to-Cash process, the full-time remote Lead Business Systems Analyst will manage the end-to-end redesign, including defining requirements, configuring Salesforce and CPQ, and ensuring integration across systems for revenue recognition.

Key responsibilities

• Document and define the Lead-to-Cash process, including system hand-offs and requirements for lead management and opportunity creation
• Design and implement a product catalog and pricing model, including billing determinants and lifecycle events for software and fund administration services
• Configure and build changes in Salesforce and CPQ, ensuring all modifications support ASC 606 and SOX compliance

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, with at least 4 years focused on lead-to-cash or order-to-cash systems
• Proven experience in modeling complex fee structures and designing product catalogs in CPQ systems
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Zone Billing/Netsuite data models, including billing and revenue arrangements
• SQL fluency for data profiling and reconciliation across systems
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and CPQ configuration processes
