Job Summary
Serving as the functional domain lead for client Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) implementations, the full-time remote Lead Business Systems Analyst will manage solution direction, functional design decisions, and oversee business analysts to ensure quality deliverables for real estate and facilities challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and define future-state processes and solutions for IWMS domains
- Direct the work of business analysts, reviewing and approving their deliverables for quality and traceability
- Act as a trusted advisor to client domain leaders, facilitating agreement among stakeholders and identifying functional risks
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or business systems analysis, particularly with enterprise system implementations
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA or Maximo, with knowledge of the other
- Experience as the functional lead on multiple full-lifecycle implementations
- Deep expertise in corporate real estate and facilities management domains
- Working knowledge of integration concepts and SQL for data analysis and validation
