Job Summary
To provide leadership and operational oversight, the full-time Lead Care Coordinator will manage the Member Operations team remotely, ensuring high-quality member support while actively coordinating care and resolving complex member inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the Member Operations team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality member care
- Serve as a primary resource for care coordinators, assisting with complex inquiries and operational challenges
- Monitor team workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and member experience
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or a related field
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, psychiatry, or telehealth preferred
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, public health, social work, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team in a healthcare environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management systems
