Job Summary
Providing a broad range of communication and change management expertise, the full-time Lead Change Management Specialist will support strategic projects and initiatives remotely by designing and implementing change management strategies that enhance employee engagement and understanding of business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the development and delivery of executive and internal communications to support company-wide objectives
- Design and implement change management strategies to facilitate employee acceptance of key business initiatives
- Lead communication initiatives for large-scale, multi-phased workplace change efforts while collaborating with senior executives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 7 years of experience in corporate communications, or a High School diploma/GED with 11 years of experience
- Proven experience in leading complex communication initiatives and change management strategies
- Strong business acumen related to process and technology changes in service businesses
- Experience in providing communication consultation to executive leadership and managing relationships at the senior executive level
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
