Lead Claims Advocate
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic claims advisor, the full-time remote Lead Claims Advocate will manage complex claims involving various executive risk-related products while collaborating with clients, insurers, and legal teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the handling of high-severity claims related to D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, E&O, and Cyber Liability
- Develop and execute claim strategies to maximize policyholder recovery and ensure timely resolution
- Analyze policy language and provide technical guidance on liability and professional liability insurance policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; insurance certification (e.g., CPCU, AIC) preferred
- JD preferred
- 5-10 years of specialty claims handling experience
- Strong knowledge of D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, E&O, and Cyber insurance products
- Excellent analytical skills and client-facing relationship management abilities
