Job Summary
Leading the design and development of the Aligned Data Warehouse, the full-time remote Lead Clinical Data Engineer will manage data integration workflows, optimize data models, and ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations while collaborating with various technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain data pipelines and ETL jobs for integrating data into the Aligned Data Warehouse
- Contribute to DevOps practices and develop documentation for database and data pipeline standards
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure optimal performance and uptime of data pipelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- Minimum of four years of experience in data engineering or a related field
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines for large-scale data integration
- Proven ability to design and optimize scalable data models and storage architectures
- Experience with developing Fabric Notebooks utilizing PySpark and related technologies
