Job Summary
Leading complex cloud implementations, the full-time Lead Cloud Delivery Specialist will serve as a trusted technical partner to clients, managing escalations, and driving successful outcomes in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client transformations, including legacy modernization and cloud migrations, while managing delivery risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute delivery plans and ensure environment readiness across development, test, and production
- Drive resolution of high-severity issues and contribute to continuous improvement of cloud delivery processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience in cloud delivery or technical consulting roles
- Strong knowledge of the Pega platform, ideally with a CLSA or CSSA certification
- Demonstrated experience in delivering complex client engagements
- Comfort working directly with client technical leaders and project stakeholders
