Job Summary
Leading complex cloud implementations, the full-time Lead Cloud Delivery Specialist will act as a trusted technical partner to clients, manage escalations, and ensure successful cloud delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex client transformations, including legacy modernization and cloud migrations
- Serve as a key escalation point for technical issues within cloud delivery engagements
- Drive resolution of high severity issues by coordinating with engineering and support teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience in cloud delivery or technical consulting
- Strong knowledge of the Pega platform, ideally with a CLSA or CSSA certification
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex client engagements
- Comfort working directly with client technical leaders and project stakeholders
