Job Summary
Leading complex cloud implementations, the full-time Lead Cloud Delivery Specialist will act as a trusted technical partner to clients, manage escalations within delivery teams, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure successful cloud transformations in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex client transformations, including legacy modernization and cloud migrations
- Serve as a key escalation point for technical issues and ensure environment readiness across various stages
- Drive resolution of high-severity issues and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly in cloud delivery or technical consulting roles
- Strong knowledge of the Pega platform, ideally with a CLSA or CSSA certification
- Proven experience in delivering complex client engagements
- Ability to work directly with client technical leaders and project stakeholders
