Job Summary
Leading the design and engineering of enterprise-level cloud infrastructure, the full-time Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will manage complex technical projects, provide solutions, and mentor junior staff while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and development of cloud computing infrastructure and platforms
- Manage large-scale projects with limited oversight, influencing policies and practices
- Provide advanced technical solutions to complex business issues and coach lower-level professionals
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of functional experience, including at least 5 years in a position-specific role
- Expertise in cloud computing models such as PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS
- Strong knowledge of software, hardware, data structures, and communications technology
- Advanced technical knowledge acquired through training and experience
- A four-year college degree or relevant experience in a related field is preferred
