Job Summary
Providing Application Management and Maintenance for global clients, the full-time Lead Consultant will troubleshoot incidents, design and test solutions, and perform deployments while working remotely in a shift rotation.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to application availability, performance, and capacity
- Design, develop, and test fixes for issues arising from customizations to OpenText products
- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor OpenText products in various environments, including cloud and on-premises
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience supporting OpenText Captiva, including development and maintenance of customizations
- Strong technical knowledge of Captiva architecture, administration, and capture flow development
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Linux and/or Windows
- Experience with databases like MSSQL and Oracle, including routine maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of directory services, including Open-LDAP and Active Directory
