Job Summary
Leading complex Consumer-Directed Health (CDH) implementations for large employer clients, the full-time remote Lead Consultant CDH Implementation will serve as a senior advisor, translating client objectives into operational solutions while managing execution from design through launch and ongoing service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-profile CDH implementations, ensuring accountability for strategy, client outcomes, and successful delivery
- Provide expertise on CDH plan design and implementation requirements to clients and cross-functional teams
- Anticipate and manage implementation risks and challenges, recommending solutions and guiding teams through the process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Six or more years of experience in CDH, employee benefits, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience implementing CDH solutions such as HSAs, FSAs, and HRAs
- Strong knowledge of CDH plan design, eligibility, and operational requirements
- Experience leading complex implementations for large employer clients
