Lead Consultant, Innovation Enablement
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of innovation engagements, the full-time Lead Consultant, Innovation Enablement will work remotely to partner with enterprise leaders, identify innovation opportunities, and drive stakeholder alignment while mentoring junior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead mid-to-large scale engagements for the Technology Innovation Office, including planning and execution
- Develop recommendations and business cases to support prioritization and investment decisions
- Analyze engagement outcomes and performance metrics to track business value and ensure successful delivery of outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of progressive consulting, business transformation, or technology experience
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional engagements
- Experience applying AI, automation, or emerging technologies to business opportunities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills
