Job Summary
Championing the responsible adoption of conversational AI, the full-time Lead Conversational AI Engineer will design and implement AI solutions, establish governance standards, and optimize performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of conversational AI solutions, workflows, and integrations
- Establish governance controls, standards, and operational practices for conversational AI solutions
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in conversational AI, software engineering, or related fields
- 4+ years of experience working with conversational AI platforms
- 4+ years of hands-on JavaScript experience
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, APIs, and system integrations
