Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience, including 3+ years in AI, Automation, or Modern Workplace solutions
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Services
- Experience with enterprise integrations and development of custom plugins and APIs
- Proven track record in technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams
- Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance standards for AI applications
