Lead Costing and Pricing Analyst

Job Summary

Leading cost and pricing strategies remotely, the full-time salaried Lead Costing and Pricing Analyst will develop complex proposal cost and pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable recommendations for the Integrated Systems business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost and pricing activities for complex proposals from RFP through award, including negotiations and responses to RFIs
• Develop and validate proposal cost bases and recommend pricing strategies that align with business objectives
• Analyze cost data and present pricing strategies and recommendations to senior leadership for approval

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in proposal cost development, pricing, or financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense
• Extensive experience with FAR principles and various contract types, including CPFF, FFP, and T&M
• Proficient in ProPricer and advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong ability to lead complex proposals and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
